Founded in 2021, Beontag Cards focused on developing antennas for dual interface cards and Module Packaging Services (chip encapsulation), for companies in the card industry.
We manufacture microconnectors for SIM cards and bank cards, offering our customers greater agility and reductions in inventory costs.

CHIPS AND ANTENNAS FOR DUAL FACE CARDS
Possibility of integrating two technologies in the same card – a chip with external contacts is inserted on the surface of the card and is connected to the antenna present on the substrate of the plastic card. Once this is done, it is possible to implement interfaces in both contact and contactless modes on a single card.
CHIPS FOR
CONTACT CARDS
Unlike Dual Interface, which can be used to transact contactless between the card and the POS, contact chip cards require the user to insert the card into the POS or ATM to complete the transaction.
SIM
CARD CHIPS
SIM is the chip contained in all cell phones. Beontag encapsulates these chips to specially serve the industries that manufacture these cards.
How it works
A card is made up of at least five components: the printed PVC (on both sides), the protection layer (which is present on the front and back of the PVC), and the antenna (located in the middle).
After the manufacturing of the “card body”, the chip is inserted for further personalization.
And where does Beontag Cards fit into this process? Beontag Cards operates in two steps of the process:
- In the delivery of the middle sheet, where the antennas are located.
- In the delivery of the chip, which will be embedded in the card.
